Q:  What does this plugin do?

This plugin was written to streamline my original HL2DM Headshot plugin. 
It includes the old features like:

• score saver
  
• hit sounds
• headshot detection
• jihads/kamikazes
• weaponstats

 
It also includes new features like:

• emotes in chat ( /me ... )
  
• hlx cvars
• disable the ringing on explosions
• streamlined weaponstats
• expanded streak detection
• hitsounds can now be configured for the head and the body
• standardized output for streaks in log for tracking across different servers.
• mute ability ( voice and chat )
• chat spam detection

Q:  Why did you add some things that Mani or SourceMod already does?

I've been asked over and over to help get rid of Mani for HL2DM since it is no longer supported.  The complaint about SourceMod that I most often get is nobody writes plugins for HL2DM, and finding what you need is hard to do if you are not that technically oriented.  I'm trying to provide a one stop shop for HL2DM plugins to give the community what it needs.

I've decided to start using this website again as I have realized that most of the visitors to HL2DM-U are players and not server operators.  So I'm starting this website back up with the release of a new plugin.  Sometime this weekend I'll be releasing my sound streak plugin that can replace the quake sounds from mani.

This plugin, when paired with my future admin plugin will be a complete mani replacement for HL2DM.

More details of the Sound Streak will be coming in the next few days along with a link for the download.
